We also offer low cost delivery and orders over £35 go free!! All orders leave us via a fully tracked service. Be sure to let us have your mobile number and email address so our carriers can update you.
We pack and dispatch on every weekday – except of course bank holidays.
If you order before midday we will usually dispatch your order on the same working day. If you order over the weekend or over a bank holiday we will dispatch on the next working day.
Postage options
At Aqua One Store we like to keep things clear and simple for everyone’s sake.
Economy Postage is offered at just £3.99 per order. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. If you order more than £35 worth of goods, you can opt for FREE economy delivery.
First Class Postage is offered at just £5.50 per order. Orders are usually delivered with 1-2 working days following dispatch. Opt for this if you need your order more quickly.
Please remember that these are postal estimates and not guarantees. But don’t worry – we make every effort to get your order on its way as soon as is humanly possible.
Just a couple more things to save our customers some time – we don’t send orders outside of the UK, we don’t sell glass lids for your aquarium (glass sheets break in the post of course) and if it isn’t on the website we don’t stock it. Sorry!
