The Aqua One Media Tray O ring sits between the various media baskets inside the Aqua One CF and Aqua One Advance ranges of canister filters. Its function is to make sure water flows evenly through the filter making best use of the Aqua One filter media. This is very important as without the O rings water just takes the easiest path through the filter and filtration capacity is decreased.
