The Aqua One Ocellaris 1400 has to the be one of the UK’s best selling external UV filter. Its really useful for keeping an aquarium clean and fresh. Additionally the Ocellaris 1400UV will help to keep aquarium water extra clean and clear due to the action of it’s built in UV clarifier.
Naturally the Ocellaris 1400UV’s clarifier needs some regular maintenance to keep in running at it’s very best. We suggest fitting a new UV tube every six months and changing the black UV sleeve as required.
